Owing rather a lot to the style and orchestration of early Motown and especially influenced by Mary Wells. (What Two Can Easily Do) This recording has been classified as ‘Popcorn’ by some and I guess that’s about right. It gives a good example of how music from one artist influences others, often as a copy-cat and either in full knowledge of it or subliminally.
