You’re The Dream – 1967 Sound Stage USA
Roscoe Shelton was a Blues Man who did quite a few soul type numbers in the mid 1960’s and was a good friend of Bobby Hebb. His RUNNING FOR MY LIFE the ‘B’ side became a Northern Soul hit reaching 262 on the Top 500 (Kev Roberts). However BOTH sides were altready Soul hits on the original scene in the previous decade to the Northern named Soul scene. Big at The Torch in 72 but big at The Blue Note in 68!
